Our Curbside Pop-Up package at $249 is designed for exactly that — show up, serve 40 assorted ice cream pieces (drumsticks, popsicles, Oreo sandwiches, honey comb bars), one hour of service, one server. Our truck has been featured at receptions, rehearsal dinners, and post-ceremony desserts. We work directly with wedding planners, and our retro custom truck creates a photo moment your guests will talk about for years. Book 6–8 weeks ahead for peak wedding dates (June–September).

Our signature small-batch lineup includes the Pink & Blue Drumstick (our hero product, found nowhere else), 5.5oz signature cups in Hot Honey Marshmallow, Strawberry, and Dirty Oreo, premium handcrafted cookie sandwiches (chocolate chip and Oreo varieties), and complimentary Pup Cups for canine guests. Custom flavor naming is available as an add-on for corporate and wedding clients.

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to guarantee your date. For weddings and large corporate events during peak season (June–September), 6–8 weeks ahead is ideal. Saturdays in summer fill very quickly. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible if our calendar allows.

We are not your neighborhood ice cream truck. Every flavor is small-batch artisan, made specifically for our truck and not available in any store. The truck itself is a custom-wrapped, one-of-a-kind vehicle that doubles as your event's photo backdrop. Our staff is professionally uniformed for white-glove service. We also offer truly unique add-ons no other ice cream truck in Colorado provides — live screen-printed branded t-shirts and a 360 photo booth mounted on the truck itself.

Every package includes the truck, professionally uniformed service staff, all signature ice cream products as specified, serving supplies (cups, spoons, napkins), setup and breakdown, and full cleanup. Free travel within 25 miles of our Erie home base — that covers all of Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and most of Denver metro. An 18% gratuity is added to all packages and clearly disclosed at checkout.

Yes — and this is something no other ice cream truck in Colorado offers. Our parent company is The Silk Screen Machine, a multi-city experiential print agency. We can produce custom branded ice cream sleeves with your company logo or wedding monogram printed on them. Setup fee is $250 plus $1.50 per sleeve. We can also bring our full screen-printing truck for live on-site t-shirt printing.

A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Both can be paid via credit card directly through our Shopify checkout.
